Breast Cancer Quick Tips – Surgery & Healing, Positive Affect of Meditation

Promote Healing with Meditation

My favorite meditation for going into surgery (I listen a few days before, during and after) is a title called “Pre-Surgery & Healing” by Lynda Hudson. She is from England and her voice/accent is very soothing and her message is very powerful to help you in your healing process…

Why Meditation?

If you are having surgery or any procedure that is traumatizing your body, I highly recommend you grab this meditation right now, load it on your mp3 player and start your prep as soon as possible.

Also, take it into the operating room (with permission of course) and ask if you can have it playing while they operate.  Have it set on a loop so it keeps playing or add it to a folder with music that is soothing for you to surround the meditation.  These are all tips that will make a difference in your healing.

Here’s the link to grab it now while you are thinking of it. (This is not an affiliate link so I get no compensation from your order; however, please let her know Sandy Bobal-Zuniga from MPBCJ sent you.)

    1. Thanks Steve! Yeah, made a huge difference for me and like I said, I’m not a big meditator so if I can benefit, anyone can. 🙂
